A girlfriend and I are in the early stages of planning a trip north with our horses in June 2022. Our thought is to head up the Alaska Highway (from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to Anchorage) taking time to stop and camp and ride along the way, and get as far as we can in three weeks, and then take about a week to head home.
We will be fully self sufficient in our rig, and are looking for tips, input, suggestions on places to camp or park (bed and breakfasts, private farms, crown land, horse camps, etc) along the way.

Must-see riding destinations / trails also appreciated.

Thank-you in advance!

Traveling on your own has always been a very cool idea, since you don't depend on anyone and just go wherever you look.
