| This is just a little shout out to Outlaw Conversions and the ladies in the office.
Had some dealer issues on the used 2007 Platinum Coach we bought 3 months ago with water heater issue, cracked shower skylight dome which cause a little water damage on the wood trim in the shower. I called up Outlaw and they was able to order a new shower dome and built a new wood dome box to match the original interior.
Dropped the trailer off on a Monday about lunch time intending on having to leave it a few weeks because I added a few other items to check out for us. Got a call Friday the same week letting me know the trailer was ready to go and that we had no other water damage, the selling dealer installed the wrong LP detector causing the water heater issue, fixed the roof vent, awning and made sure we didn't have any hail damage.
All done in 4 days, didn't have to make a insurance claim and Sandy went over other items in the trailer we had questions about when we pick up the trailer.
Bottom line is we never would have bought a Outlaw package because if the cost, but after buying a used trailer with their package and after the great customer service from them,, we will be driving to Stephenville for any service work from now on. | |
