Subject: Control box for horsetrailer landing gear

Location: Nichols, Iowa		 I have a 2004 Featherlite model 9645. I need a replacement Monarch landing gear switch including all wiring(4 wire).   The switch box fell out of the trailer while traveling down the road.  Any suggestions where I can find one?  Thanks
