I'm looking at using a baby monitor in my trailer. It needs to be plugged in and comes with a 110-120 AC adapter. What's the easiest way to power this? Maybe some kind of battery pack or converter? I have a GN trailer and I don't think the lights, etc. run on 110-120.

Look at the adapter... It likely produces DC power from the utility AC power. If you're lucky, it's 12 volts DC... Then you can power it directly from the tow vehicle. Alternatively, you can get a vehicle adapter that produces the required power.
