 Hello, I'm wondering if its possible to replace slider windows on the rear side to drop windows? Its very warm in Texas and the extra air flow would help.

Sometimes, yes. Have your VIN number handy and reach out to the manufacturer first. Sometimes there's a bolt in option.

I am going to say yes, but most of the time it is more than just changing out the windows themselves because most of the good trailers actually use a small door that the window is mounted on.  something that would take a decent amount of work to redo, everything is possible how much do you want to spend? often times a much simpler option is adding a roof vent or scoop on the sides, or just drilling holes with a louver to cover them when it is cold.
