Step covering material?

Hello everyone,
I have a damaged step area on my trailer but do not know what the material is called to order and replace it. It is thin like aluminum foil and is in all the step areas. It’s not diamond plate, I know that much.
Any help is appreciated.

Location: Tenn/Ala.
Typically referred to as Gravel Guard I believe. There is vinyl, and aluminum.
