Location: Oregon | I need a new 12 foot step on my 2006 Silverlite 3 horse LQ. We can find the fender, but not the step. Any suggestions as to where to call? We are in Oregon and my trailer repairman can't seem to find this part. Thanks for any help. |

Location: Tenn/Ala. | As you likely know, Silverlite didn't make it through the recession. With that, you'll just need to find a trailer similar, and buy the running board material for it. It is very likely you will not find an exact match. we have that problem often, even sometimes with mfg that are still here. They just change things up every so often. |

Location: Harrisburg, OR | Apel in Coburg still likely has the molds for the running board but unless they're sitting on obsolete stock the cost for a small batch run would be cost prohibitive. As RT said your best bet is to find the closest match from an existing mfg. You could always replace both sides if having a mismatched set bothered you. Another option might be to contact Copart. I saw a totaled Silverlite come across the other day and you might be able to rob a running board off of it...provided it matched. |

Location: Oregon | Thank you both very much. I knew Silverlite went out of business in 2009, bur was hoping you would know of a manufacturer who might have a step that would work. I will suggest my repariment contact the company in Coburg, and other manufacturers. We may have to replace both sides. |

Location: Harrisburg, OR | If you post a pic of the step I'll see if we have anything that will work. Most of the time we build our own fender steps. |

Location: Oregon | Akins, Thank you. I just saw your post. We have been unable to locate a step that is 7' wide and 12' long. I can't seem to upload the pics to this site. Is there an email where I can send the pics to you?
