Subject: leaky pipe connected to black water tank

Right where the tank has its spout to connect to the 3' plastic piping there is a leak at the seam of the pipe.  I tried using flex seal but it did'nt work (maybe because it was still wet, even though supposedly you can apply when wet).  anyway, looking for any tips to get this fixed.  Thanks!

Plumbing connections are a chemical weld. Often referred to as glue, but technically a weld. You may try some sealant, but generally it takes disassembly and proper reassembly.
