I have a 2013 Bison Stratus Express with mangers.  Over the past couple of years the manger doors have become harder and harder to open.  The hinges appear to be binding up or frozen.  I have emailed a couple of Bison dealers (Dixie Horse & Mule for one) and have NEVER received a reply.  Has anyone else had this issues with manger doors, Bison or otherwise?  How did you address the issue?

Try some penetrating oil on the hinges

Drill a hole (not all the way thru ) in the center of hinge and keep filling with oil and exercising the hinge...it will loosen up after a while

UPDATE:  My year model of Bison trailer had PLASTIC pins in the hinges...NO WAY TO REPAIR.  I ended up taking it in and having entirely new manger doors put on.
