| Hello. For all of you who own living quarters trailers with slide outs... Have you had any mechanical issues? I live in a relatively cold climate and trailer will be sitting for four months out of the year in potentially sub-zero temps. Is there a risk for mechanical failure under those circumstances? Is there anything else I should be concerned about with regard to storing a living quarters trailer outside during winter months? Thank you for any advice or insights! | |

| Slideouts do have a number of rubber seals and wipers that I could see not like being operated in very cold weather. But the basic slide mechanisms should be fine. | |
