Subject: Bent hitch pin

Location: Fort Myers, Fl		I want to change the inner tube on my hitch to include the pin and locking mechanism. Mine doesn’t allow for a pin through the outer tube. I found one but can’t seem to pull it up again. Had a lever instead of a locking pin ty. Ideas anyone? Mine is the round one on a 4 star trailer
