My trailer has foam board insulation on the floor in the living quarters.

Most have a sheet of 3/4 board on the aluminum which acts as a thermal decoupler. True insulation is typically optional.

I have foam insulation on the floor and the past 3 trailers I have owned had foam insulation on the floor also.  Helped a friend and his trailer had foam insulation also.
I am sure some companies, in order to cut cost, do not insulate the floor.
