Location: Hickory Hills, IL | Well since you asked for it, this is my opinion-I like the versatility of the first one better- as you could use it in multiple trailers (I have a car trailer, a couple of boats and the horse trailer and would like a small bumper pull trailer at some point...). Not sure how well it would do to alert on just low tire pressure, but you should be checking that anyway before any trips. The other one seems nice, but the expense of the sensors ($50 each) makes it about the same price as the first. I have no first hand experience with either, but I can tell you that the tire sensors on both my Dodge Charger and Jeep Patriot freeze in cold weather so for 3 months straight show dash lights and low tire pressure warnings. Both are new vehicles and Dodge says nothing they can do... |

Location: desert hills, az | I have had the Pressure Pro for over 4 years with no problems and it has saved me several times. I move the sensors between my 3 trailers making sure to keep them in the right tire positions. Best $400 I spent on protecting my trailers and horses.

Location: Largo,Fl. | Although most people are familiar with tire pressure monitors (there are lots of different brands that install both inside the tire or on the valve stems), not everyone is familiar with the far more comprehensive towing coverage provided by Tattle-Trail. For those that haven't seen a demo on Tattle-Trail, it is a wireless system (with a 1,000 foot range) that can detect the common problem of separating trailer tire treads (before any loss of air pressure), blown tires, bad wheel bearings, loose trailer hitch, broken suspension components and sway. Additionally, Tattle-Trail can monitor for theft and intrusion when parked. This is truly new technology for the trailer industry!
Check out:

to learn more about how Tattle-Trail compares to tire pressure monitors. To achieve maximum towing safety for you and your towed cargo, I always recommend using a Tattle-Trail system in addition to diligently checking tire pressure or using a TPM. If you only have enough money for one system, get the far more comprehensive protection from a Tattle-Trail system first, and then add the convenience of having a TPM later.

Location: Denver Colorado | I've got them both of course, I like Pressure Pro, don't like the valve stem locking system. Tattle Trail is unique as you can plug the cab monitor in a 110v in hotel and know if someone is climbing on your trailer or if it leaves without you. I haul heavy hitch displays in my trailer and Tattle-Trail will alert me if a display has fallen over from the last curve or pot hole. |

I'm driving with the TireMinder A1A https://mechanicguides.com/best-tire-pressure-systems/ pressure monitoring system for about a week. Impressions are the most positive. Everything works as it should. It is quite pleasing.
Also, until I decided on the location of the display - while lying in a niche in front of the handle of transmission ... |
