How big of an issue would a dent on the slideout be? I have seen a video of it opening and closing and nothing seemed abnormal, just a bit of a squeak at the end when it was just about fully closed.

Looks like it might have penetrated the skin and will cause leaking.  You'll need to get that fixed or it will do nothing but cause major problems.

Thanks, it was a trailer for sale that I was considering but ill prob end up passing on it. There is another big dent on the nose. Looks as if the previous owner turned it into the cab of the truck.
