What must the tow vehicle have to connect to this and where can I get it? How would that part connect to existing truck assembly?

I thought that a Brenderup hook to the tow vehicla the same a  regular trailer but the break work off the hitch the light work of the puge of the truck

It has a regular ball hook up, but also this thing. Haven't picked trailer up yet, but seller sent this.

 That is the standard RV 7 pin plug. Most new vehicles have them. If yours doesn't, any trailer dealer can add one. If you are handy, etrailer.com has a host of plug n play kits. You'll not use all 7 pins, as 1 is for reverse, and 1 for electric brakes which Brenderups don't use either.
