I remember some threads aways back from people wanting to relocate to horse properties. If anyone is interested, I have a very nice 46 acre farm with nice barn and nice house for sale in West Tennessee, an hour haul from Natchez Trace Park, 30 minutes from Chickasaw, and lots of riding out from the property itself. Also convenient to the National Field Trial Championships at Ames Plantation, Grand Junction, Tennessee.
Lots of horses and horse people in the area.
