recently bought another generator and this one seems a lot noiseier than the last has anyone ever built a cover to set around a generator to quiet it down?

 I guess someone could..... What did you buy? Is it portable, or a permanent mount? It's hard to build a cover to cover up all that noise. Generators need alot of air flow, and just any cover or exhaust won't work.

Your best bet is to sell it and spend the extra coin to get a QUIET generator auch as a... (These are 3000 watt portable)
