Location: AL | My son is in college in Odessa. Tx. and I am looking for some good quality coastal hay that he could get. Have found some, but it is quite a haul to go get it. Was wondering if any of you Texans know of any hay for sale in the Abilene, Weatherford, areas. anywhere between DFW and Odessa. Thanks in advance! |

Location: Burleson, TX | How much does he need/want? Square or round bales? He hauls or needs delivered? Where is he going to school? |

Location: South of Dallas | You might try http://www.haybarn.com/ . There's also another site through the Texas Ag extension, I believe.

Location: Fort Worth, Tx | Hay USA is in W'ford, next to Teskys...don't know what they have but it has a reputation to be excellent hay. Also pricey hay, but I have a friend who buys there b/c it is such good quality. Don't have a number but I'm sure you could easily find it. |

Location: Burleson, TX | He needs to start with a Texas map. Start somewhere around Taylor County (Abilene) and call the county agent in each county, working east toward Ft. Worth. Might also work the counties down toward San Angelo. This past year was beyond normal for a great hay crop in Texas. Good thing he wasn't looking in 2006.Has he talked to the rodeo team coach at the college?NotfromTexas is right about HayUSA. |
