Location: Tennessee | Depends on how much wattage your AC unit, fridge, microwave, etc. draws in total. My guess is that 3500 watts will be marginal for all that running at once. Add up the wattage they draw and see if it fits. |

Location: Claxton, Ga. | Noop, you will need the 6500-7000? watt Kipor to run all that. You will not be able to run the microwave and A/C at the same time period with a 3500 Watt generator of any kind.

Location: Lockport, Illinois | You have to add up the starting wattage, which is higher than the running wattage. I just looked up the Kipor 3500 diesel generator, 14 hours on a full load is great, but it weighs 350lbs, I hope you don't intend to move it. |

Location: Lockport, Illinois | The KIPOR SINEMASTER IG3000/KGE3000Ti GASOLINE INVERTER GENERATOR weighs 132lbs, it also quiter than the diesel, it produces clean power, which is required for most electronic appliances (computers and tv). |

Location: oregon | We have the Kipor 3000.
It works great
Weights about 130 lbs
When we use micro, we don't use ac
Runs everything else, coffee pot, hair dryer,tv,dvd, etc.
We also have the fantastic fan in the bathroom area, works
almost as good as the ac. We use it more than the ac.
The Kipor is very quiet, efficient and economical.
It automatically goes to 'save mode' (quiet) when running small
appliances, i.e. tv, radio, etc.
Hope this helps.
Happy hunting.

Location: oregon | We run all applicances, lights, tv, f/a,micro, etc with no problem. If ac is running and we need micro, we shut down ac until done using micro. We really don't use ac that often. Like mentioned earlier, we use our fantastic fan frequently. |

Location: oregon | We like it even more than our Honda. It is quieter and has an electric start. I fits perfectly in our tack area. |

Location: Decatur, Texas | Your Honda must not be the 3000ies inverter model if it doesn't have electric start. I've heard my Honda running next to the Kipor and I must say there is a difference in the noise level of the two inverter types. The Honda is quieter but the Kipor is quiet compared to the old bargain basement brands and that goes for the old type Honda's as well. |

Location: North Carolina | Not trying to bad mouth the Kipors but from my personal experience spend the extra little bit of money and get the Honda. I run a business where we use the generators about 3-4 days a week. I tried the Kipors and have not been inpressed. I had three of the 3000/3500 Kipors that used more oil than gas and became louder the more they were run. The dealer was nice enough to warranty them each time. I also had a Kipor 6000 and it couldnt handle the load that my honda 6000 models can. I can only speak for myself and the experiences I have had with Kipor vs Honda. |

Location: The Land of Ahs | you might want to take a look at the Yamaha EF3000iSEB. I really like mine. this unit has a boost to start the bigger ACs many LQs have now. it is rated 51-57db, quiet, and the economy setting is even lower. it came with the wheels, two sturdy handles, brake and battery charging cord. i do turn it off to run the microwave, but that's not often and not for long anyway. the price was better than the Honda. happy trails |

| Remember the WAV theory. Watts = Amps * Volts So if you have a 14amp ac that is 110...it pulls 14 * 110 or 1540 watts. Add all the watts together for all you want to run and you need at least that size generator. Those are made up numbers so don't use those...look on your electrical items you want to run and see what the actual ratings are. Also important to remember that as things age, they become less efficient so the 14 amp example might be 16 after it gets a little dirt in the electrical motors bearings so buy a little bigger. Of course we all know there is no dirt near a horse trailer so not sure what I was thinking there!

Location: Santa Fe, TX | I'm with Pegasus. I bought a Yamaha 3000iseb after looking at the Hondas, Kipors and a few other ones in that power range. I liked the fact the Yamaha had that extra boost up to 3500 watts when needed for when my A/C compressor kicks on/off AND it has the economy mode so it can run up to 20 hrs on one tank of fuel - perfect for when I don't need to use the A/C. I also will turn off the the A/C if I need to run the microwave, otherwise everything else runs just fine with it. It's quiet and very fuel efficient plus you can't beat the reliability factor of a Yamaha. |

Location: Northern Utah | The Chinese are copying lots of designs from other manufactures and producing lower cost machines. It's just amazing how flagrant some of those copies can be. Some of these copies have produced lower cost products that folks are happy with. Some folks have had problems with longivity or products really meeting the specs that they are advertised to have. It's a buyer beware market. Kipor and Boliy are both chinese built generators. I've never looked at the Kipor. But I have looked at the Boliy. They are an very close copy of the Yamaha generator. Even the shape of all the parts on the motor are the same. They claim 3300 watts out of a 70 lb generator. They claim the same power from a 50% lighter generator than Honda, Yamaha or Kipor. Their claims says that they use a Digital Signal Processor to get better efficiency out of the smaller generators. There are lots of Folks on the RV and other travel nets that have tried them and are happy. So if you are looking for a 3000watt invertor generator and want it to be luggable ( 70 pounds) take a look at Boliy http://www.boliyguy.com/index.html |

Location: Rocky Mount N.C. | I have been running a Yamaha EF3000iseB for about four years now. Done nothing to it but oil changes, replace an air filter and one battery. We haul it in the truck bed and it has never failed to start and run perfectly. Looked at the Honda but went with the Yamaha because of the extra 500 watts at startup and it comes standard with wheels. Now, I would be tempted to try one of the Chinese knockoff gen-sets, but it would be hard not to stay with a Yamaha Inverter generator. The Yamaha and Honda inverter generators are wound with copper, whereas the knockoff generators are wound with aluminum. That's where the biggest part of the weight difference comes in. 150+# for the Honda, Yamaha. 70# for the "Boliy". |
