they are located in shelbyville,tn

just down the road from bedford tack and world chp too.

i waited for them to start doing this as my last trailer had a w.e.r.m. floor in it and it is well worth the money. no more pulling mats out.

WERM is priced like concrete, ie by the sq. foot. A typical 3 horse runs in the $1150 range, and a 4 horse in the $1450 range, installed here in TN. The caveat with any coating, and the first step to WERM, is to actually prime/paint the aluminum floor. So in order to get proper results, it is imperative that it be in pristine condition, ready for paint. We assume that a customer will want to minimize cost and do the cleaning themselves beforehand. Not trying to sell anything here- just provide factual data.

We'll tell you if you are trying to sell something...

Feel free to pump out the information...we are all ears...

Glad to see there is actually another installer of the product...now we just need to move you closer to the Northeast...

I wish I had known there would be a WERM dealer nearby when I bought my trailer several months ago, as that would have opened up a lot more options for me. I really wanted WERM, and since there wasn't a dealer within a reasonable distance (I'm western KY), I just ordered a new trailer with it installed.

Hmmm...I was quoted $900 for my 3H out of the WERM in MI. I think I might just take that price and run!

Just got my Bloomer floor done by Select in TN. They did a fantastic job! This is my 4th trailer to have the WERM floor ( 3 were 4 Stars and now this Bloomer).  Hubby pulled the mats and cleaned the floor 2 weeks ago. He wouldn't let me put anything in the back of it until I got the WERM floor installed! So, off to TN to visit family and Select. Now hubby is just tickled that both of our horse trailers have WERM floors. He swears by it enough to spend HIS money on it during this economy crisis.

how does werm install on a 2 year old already used trailer floor? You can get these pretty clean but it is impossible to get ALL the gunk up like in the corners and such, plus some bacteria actually adhere to the aluminum. I am concerned about it bubbling up after some years have passed due to prior use before installation. Please email me at dwnsouth@cox.net with info. Seriously considering this and it will be a haul being as I am in Louisiana and there is NO ONE around here that does werm. Thanks

My trailer had been used also.  I pulled the mats, got some Dawn liquid soap and a brush and went to work.  It will come clean but it takes elbow grease.

My husband took ours to Oklahoma City in June.  They got him right in and was on his way home by 2:00 that afternoon.  It's a six-hour haul from here, but this is the last trailer I'll ever own and I want it to last forever.  He was very impressed with Chris and the job they did.  He highly recommends them to do the job.  And the price was good too.

Dwnsouth- As the last post said, it is possible. WERM actually goes down on top of a coat of "ordance wash primer" (sp?) paint. In the case of used trailers, surface prep is to be done carefully. We typically will use an aluminum (acid) wash that cleans & disinfects everything. It is not unusual for us to sand the floor also, particularly any real smooth spots or dirty/corroded spots. So yes- the "get ready" on a trailer that's been used is more detailed, but certainly do-able. We like to clean one late in the afternoon and let it dry overnight. Sand/grind and apply the primer early the next day. The primer dries fairly quickly. Then pour the WERM. Depending on temperature & humidity the WERM'd trailer may need to sit for a few hours before it is moved. Kind of like letting jello sit so that it can harden!
