I have a Titan Avalanche III, slant load, 2 horse, bumper pull trailer with bus windows on the head side (driver side) & I just got it brand new 2 mo. ago. I special ordered it so it didn't even sit on the lot a whole day after it was made & already the rubber plastic insert that the drop down window attaches to when dropped down is cracked. Now the window just smacks around while I drive. I looked in the warranty info, but didn't find anything that stated they would replace it & the Titan co. said to call my dealer & the dealer hasn't returned my messages. Anyone know whether they are suppose to replace it or something I could do to fix it on my own? There isn't anything to bungee cord it down to & since the rubber is cracked it just pops in & out of it while I drive.

Usually it is just a plastic socket held in by one screw. It is very easy to replace, and might be easier to do so than hooking up and returning the trailer to the dealer. The cup should be under warranty and the dealer could easily mail it to you if he is any distance away. It takes about one minute to change.
