| I found it confusing,as it listed 2 different things for Arkansas: state average by a US map showed Arkansas near the bottom then on the test scores,Arkansas was the second highest in the nation with 81% an average.? |

| They are the ones that made the mistake,I didn't.I was born here,so,I knew when ARK became AR. They have spelled out "Arkansas" in the top five percentile along with the 4 others in the average scores.If you will read on the link page you have provided,you will see what they have said.They said Arkansas,THEY meant Alaska. Some of us did go to school here and learn to read!

| Well I darn sure believe he'd be a better one than the FIRST one we produced!!! We voted for him as President to get him out of here. |

| I don't know about your portfolio.I just know our CROP prices weren't worth a crap when Bill was both gov.and president. And he could have cared less too.Heck,he was "out of here." Which was fine. |
