I have ordered the hayrack water tank and the cowboy shower itself. I have also been looking at water pumps. Does anyone have any info on installation. Do I need a water pump or can I use the gravity of the water tank. Any suggestions?

every foot of height the water tank is above the spray nozzle will give you 2.3 psi pressure

thanks. We are eventually going to wire and plumb everything the right way. I am going to a clinic for a week and need a shower so I am trying to figure out the easiest way for it.

Until you get it the way you want it you can get a cheap $5 camp shower from walmart and hang it in the trailer.
