Location: Ponoka, Alberta | Can anyone tell me what trailer companies make an all aluminum living quarters trailer that is 8' wide and 7'6" tall? This would really help make my trailer shopping alot easier. Thanks for any help you can send my way. |

Location: Hill Country, Texas | I dated a man for years that was a Sundowner dealer. Every year at Quarter horse congress, the world show in Oklahoma he would take me thru the trailers, showing me features in how they were built. There is no one that I trust more or that knows any more about trailers. He is now a Silverlite dealer (made in oregon) and convinced us these are very well constructed so that is what we got. What we like the most is the extra space in the nose for sleeping. They drop the floor on the nose 6" utilizing the dead space plus they raise the roof in the sleeping area. When we were trailer shopping, we met up with a couple of Silverlite owners on the trail and they showed us their trailers. They had previously owned various other brands and said they would not own anything else now. There is a silverlite dealer in this forum,,,maybe she will see this and make a post.

Location: Grundy Center, IA | The list of those who make an 8' wide, 7'6" tall all-aluminum is pretty long. When you want to buy a truck , you only have a few choices of brands, with horse trailers the list is considerably longer.
Let's see, there's Featherlite, Exiss, 4-Star, Platinum Coach, C&C, Keifer, Sundowner, Silverlite, Dream Coach, Bloomer, Cimarron, Elite, Integrity, Sooner, Hart, Sidekick, etc. That's off the top of my head, I'm sure there are more that I'm forgetting.
Go through the trailers for sale and click on the companies and that should give you an idea of how many are out there. Good luck!!! |

Location: Wisconsin | These are all good brands that have been listed for your specs. I deal SilverLite and Merhow and both companies have their special qualities including very good warranties to give you peace of mind on your purchase. SilverLite does their own interiors in house offering a supreme fit and finish. Merhow has several well known quality LQ conversion companies that are willing to work with you on floor plans an decor. You'll find that the search for just the right trailer for your family can be exhausting! My best (non-biased) advice is to read through posts here on the forum. There are many well informed riders here to help you! Of course....if you want to talk about our brands I'm always available and we do have models in both brands that suit your specs on the lot! Good luck! Sharon
