Getting ready to start buying all the stuff for the LQ project.

There seems to be 2 companies on eBay with good feedback who sell a lot of A/C's. They have Carrier and Duotherm 13,500btu's for 399.00 + shipping. The Carrier sports a 2 year warranty and the Duotherm a 3 year.

What comments can I get as to ease of operation, quality of product, problems with units.

I see about as many of one as I do the other on rooftops.

I have had both.  To be honest, they each did an equal job.  The only problem I have had in the camper that we keep where we ride is that the 13,500 BTU cannot keep it cool in the summer.  Is is a 31' with a superslide.  I will upgrade it to the 15,000 this winter when it comes off the site.  I would like the three year warranty though.
