We just had the same problem. Bottom line, the conversion company failed to put in enough vents for the refrigerator to cool properly. The freezer worked well but the refrigerator would only get down to 50 degrees on the coldest setting.

One thing you can do is get the maintenance manual here on the net and run through the diagnostic. I had a probem with are norcold and narroed it down to the circut board.

I had a similar problem and when it was installed, they did not drop the refrigerator down low enough away from the vent so that the heat will escape. They put a 12 volt fan that kicks on automatically that helps move the heat away from the refrigerator and out the vent. Otherwise it gets too hot and starts to defrost itself. When it was cool outside this spring it worked fine, but I started having problems when the weather got really warm.
Good Luck!
