| They need to pick a time that they know it will be the hottest for about 2 weeks and put him out where the horses were in handcuffs and shakles and just a tub of some dirty water,is all. |

        Location: NY | they should take the water and give it to him with bead so he could fill the pain that these horse went thought. I think that is still to kind to him ,he will have to answer to a higher power later |

   Location: MI. | I've never been able to understand people with this type of mentality. If you put them out to live in the same conditions those horses were in, they still wouldn't "get" it. Our laws need to be TOUGHER.

   Location: East Central Kansas | We need to do the same to the owners. Handcuff and shackle them to the area, tied a dead animal around there neck and let the animal rot and let the flies attack him. |

   Location: MI. | Their brain isn't wired correctly. They know what they're doing. To me, I think it's an underlying dominant/attention/control issue in a sick way with fault being directed towards everybody else. They're jacked up in the head......Point blank.
