Has anyone taken a regular awning and converted to a two-step? I can't get the regular awning up and down without hubby. Saw you could buy the awning arms from Camping World, but was wondering if the connections to the awning roller were the same as the regular long arm type.

ME TOO! If I try to roll ours up by myself... I could be rolled up in there for days until the laundry needs doin or the fridge looks empty...ha!

Try calling Colaw's RV parts in Carthage,MO. They can tell you about anything you need. (I am not over 6' tall so I have a hard time doing things that require a long reach...

Good Luck.
