Hi there -

I'm new to the list.  My husband and I just purchased an old (maybe 1970s) trailer from one of his client's.  We think it is a WW trailer.  The frame is solid, but we are pretty much re-doing everything else on it with the help of some friends.  The original plate with the serial number is missing.  We need the serial number in order to order replacement parts and get an owner's manual.  Called WW and they said to take it to the nearest WW dealer which is about 2 hours away and they would look at the hidden serial number and then be able to tell us what year and model it is.  With gas being over $3 a gallon, hauling with a Ford f-150 extended cab makes for an expensive trip!  Does anyone know where these hidden serial numbers can be found?

We are nearly 100% positive that the trailer was never stolen.  Bought it from a client.  It is old and rusty - no one would want it!

Thanks,

Tammi
