Location: Virginia | Ran across it on the way in to work. Took pics with my camera phone. It is a 2001 Cherokee 3 horse w/ Dream Catcher LQ. It is nice looking, but when you get closer and go inside there are some issues. I only took a few minutes to look and walk around, saw the following problems. The wallpaper or covering going through to horse area is peeling off. The rear tack door has a hinge that came unbolted/ ripped off. There are no propane tanks or batteries that i saw. Dining table area is missing the table and seat back cushion or both. I personally think they are asking too much for its age and some of the issues. Here are the pictures.

What do you guys think??? |

Location: Keymar,Maryland | Not bad looking. The wallpaper would not concern me, being in just one place ( temperature differences, a little condensation)the cushions can be replaced, any decent welding shop can fix the saddle rack. If not already it will probably need new batteries anyway at this age, propane tanks no problem to obtain, so long as the owner barters on these points no biggie. Now consider it's age it is due for tires ( regardless of tread) , brakes / seals need checked and gone through, and will need a battery for the breakaway. Check the underneath to see if it has been dragged, pull up the mats to see floor and would be nice to checkout the plumbing ( to see if it was winterized properly, check for busted pipes, 12v. pump working, water heater).Bonus in the stud divider ( if you need it). Check it out good and haggle a little you may not due too shabby. Rich |

Location: md | The seat cushions are laying down on the seat. They probably just took the tables out. looks ok to me. |

Location: Elgin, Texas | JMHO...but there are too many trailers for sale. I would keep looking. I have seen a lot of trailers on this site for less money and not any repairs needed. Good Luck. |
