went and looked at a sudowner gn this weekend. it is a 2004 3 horse sunlite 727 with lq. It is the exact same as this one:

It has some issues. First thing i noticed is that one of the load lights is broken. The rear bumper is completely torn apart, but a new one comes with it. there is some oxidation on a lot of the exposed alum. pieces.
The microwave has never been used. Awning never unrolled. Other than that stuff overall good shape.
They are asking $25,000 for it.
My dilema, i would be going from my Exiss XT400 down in size to this. I love the size of dressing room, it is full with tack. LQ trailers don't have as much space. I would have to trade in or sell mine and increase payments. would it be more worth while to just insulate and add A/C in my exiss or buy one already done??

Let's see here, the trailer you have is all aluminum, the one you are looking at is aluminum over steel. Insullation=$150 Air conditioning=$600 You do the math.

I haven't insulated mine yet so I don't know the cost, but I had an ac installed last year and to buy and install it was $1150.  Much cheaper than buying a new trailer.
