Subject: how to clean up suede knee rolls

Location: Maine		I am getting ready to put my Stubben Ziegfried on eBay and would like to know how to "spiff" it up. It's older and in great condition but the suede knee rolls show its age. Is there anyway to brighten up the suede, or at least even out the color? Thanks for any suggestions.

There are aerosol suede cleaners. If you use it sparingly and brush it up (VERY carefully) with a stiff bristled brush (I have used a wire bristled one designed for grout) to brush up the nap you can make them look much better. Good luck.

Location: South Central OK		ditto on the wire brush, be careful not to burn the hide by scrubbing too hard!
