I'm fairly sure that we havn't discussed sealants before
So HAVE AT IT !!!

Who is using what ?, with what results ?, etc.

No, it is quite different and incompatible with liquid ballast.
SOME of the companies also make/market tire ballast for tractor and construction equipment. Many/most sealants tend to stay suspended in liquid ballast instead of coating the inside of the tire.
A good sealant in dry tires COULD save a number of flats & slow leaks and at the same time help with (dynamic) tire balancing.
It is at least worth considering for truck & trailer tires, I have no financial interest in it - just an FYI.
