looking  for a cheap used 14" youth saddle any help would be appreciated  

Definitely check out ebay if you haven't already.  If you are new to ebay, the trick is to wait until the last moment possible to put in your bid...otherwise someone will keep sneaking tiny bid increments in after you! 

I'm assuming you are referring to western youth saddle?  Otherwise, a friend of mine may be selling a youth english saddle.
