Location: Whitefish, MT | I just bought a 1975 Circle J 2 horse. It is missing the pieces that attach over the openings on the sides and back doors which would make it fully enclosed. Any ideas on where I could look for these parts? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Emily |

Location: Whitefish, MT | The connections on the side openings seem to be something that you would twist after the piece was placed over the opening. The piece that is in place of the entry doors looks like it would slide on from the side into this groove. I have no idea what the original pieces look like. Just trying all my options.... you never know what you'll find or where! |

Location: Rocky Mount N.C. | Are you talking about some sort of plexi-glass, Lexan, slide in inserts that would enclose the trailer sides and close up the rear? OR..........Did they use a cloth/tarp type material that used the little twist-snap type things? You got us........Me, guessing! |

Location: Whitefish, MT | That is just it, I don't know what they used on this model, it is a 75. I'm thinking I could just have something made. It was probably some sort of canvas, I hadn't thought of that but the snap/twist things mounted on the side don't seem like they would hold plexiglass. The trailer is in stellar shape, I believe it was garaged for years and years. Thanks for the idea. |

Location: Rocky Mount N.C. | Run it by a canvas awning and tent maker's shop. Have them look at it, some of the older guys that work there may have very well have made some in years past. I had an old no-name trailer made in the "60's" that had the snap/twist things on it, but the canvas was long gone by the time I got the trailer. |

Location: Western WA | I used to have a mid 1970's Circle J trailer that had canvas curtains that attached across the back with twist fasteners all along the outside edge, and I am guessing that is what is meant to be on your trailer. The canvas had oval shaped grommets that the twist fasteners (fastened to the trailer) fit through. Does that sound like what you have? |
