Just got this email from a friend and it's PERFECT!

Subject: Taxes & Urine Test

Something sent to me.....interesting point of view though

Like a lot of people, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes
and the government distributes my taxes as they see fit. In order to get
that paycheck. I am required to pass a random urine test, which I have
no problem with. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my
taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test.
Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check, because
I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no
problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other
hand, have a problem with helping someone sit on their butt. Could you
imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a
urine test to get a public assistance check.

Pass on if you agree

Amen Sister, I got one even better, what if they had to go to the unemployment office to pick up the check. That way if Sundowner or whoever needed a few extra employees that day, they could go on over and help them out. I know the wacky leftwingers will say what would you do with all the children, that creates another job someone watch the yardapes while Mom-Dad do a little work. Maybe with all this extra workforce then we could start working on the Illegal Imigration problem. Notice I did not call them migrant workers.

You tricked me right into that response didn't you Huntseat.

I agree.  A urine test would disqualify quite a few of them.

HWBar-  Glad to see someone not being "politically correct".  That stuff drives me nuts!!

They do not drug test in my workplace, but I wish they did.  However, if you are injurred on the job and have to go to the ER, you have to be tested before you can return to work.

I work in a BUSY family restaurant which is famous for it's chicken-n-dumplins.   A few years ago, a dishroom worker (who was obviously high) swung a large bag of trash around in order to carry it like Santa's bag.  Well, the bag contained some broken glass which sliced the leg of a server who was nearby.  The server had to go to the ER and received 18-20 stitches and she had to be drug tested in order for Workman's Comp to cover her treatment.  The dishroom guy, however, was not tested or suspended or even reprimanded.

Now, I am not a sue-happy person at all but if I get injurred on the job by the carelessness of someone who is under the influence........I will own that place.

Just my 2 cents.

RIDE ON!

I think the person that got cut should have called the cops and pressed assault charges.
