Too many variables here. How big is the horses, how much does it weigh, how much time in the hills, and what about stopping!! Will it move the setup?.... sure, but safely? My horses and my life are worth a lot more than doing something halfa$$, and getting my babies,or my self hurt. Borrow, or beg a real truck, with at least a 1/2 ton, full size, being the minimum. Also don't forget to get the trailer brake unit for under the dashboard. We have had folks try to tow with 4 banger toyotas too... they went over the side of the hills and down the ravine too! horses destroyed, and people were fine...too bad about the people! |
