My father did it for us in our trailer. He has a back ground in welding and such. Basically doing it all himself when he has the time. Our trailer has been down for awhile. Thank goodness he has one we are borrowing. This one was cut using a RYOBI cordless sawsall. Pics of the AC hole http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c160/YippeeKiYo/horse%20trailer/BairCond2.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c160/YippeeKiYo/horse%20trailer/BairCond4.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c160/YippeeKiYo/horse%20trailer/BairCond5.jpg And this was the walk-through-door. A RYOBI cordless skill saw was used to cut this hole. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c160/YippeeKiYo/horse%20trailer/Cwtd3.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c160/YippeeKiYo/horse%20trailer/Cwtd4.jpg http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c160/YippeeKiYo/horse%20trailer/Cwtd5.jpg He has the door frame complete we just have to get around to covering it and hanging.
