Hi

Im getting ready to buy a hart trailer its a 4h with 8ft lq and its steel now i havent ever owned a steel trailer, just wonder how they hold up. its a older model 1992. opinions please

Hart's trailer construction is of high quality - they are one of the few trailer companies that emphasize how their trailers are built, thickness of materials, etc. 

Look it over carefully for signs of rust, stress cracks, etc.  A friend of mine has a '94 Hart steel 3H that she put a LQ in & she has traveled extensively over SE United States - the trailer still looks great and hasn't had any issues other than general maintenance.

the trailer has a little bit of rust and the guy said he fixed it and primer it
