Location: Corvallis, OR | Anyone have thoughts feelings and/or conjectures about where to ride in Oregon. I've done the beach thing and the camping thing a long time ago. Just curious if anyone has any fav spots they would like to share. Now that I have a new trailer and some time on the weekends, I would really like to take my horses camping etc. |

Location: high desert, CA. |  Do you like to rough it, or do you want a base camp with ride out daily? I have had some good rides from near Graves Creek and the Rogue River, but you have to go around the large waterfalls and rapids near the Hells Gate. Or try looking along the Aplegate/Oregon Trail near Grants Pass and over to Jacksonville. I understand the area near Cave Junction has some nice trails also. Orrr... How about near Florence and the Ten Mile Lakes by the Oregon Dunes? |

Location: Corvallis, OR | oh I'm all about roughing it. I just don't know which parks allow horses and which don't. Really all i need is a place to park my truck and trailer safely. Then just ride. |
