Location: Liberty Hill Texas | Long story short I bought my trailer new from a dealer in Texas. At some point one of the horse ties was stolen and the butt bar strap was cracked. The dealer said he would ship the new parts to me 6 hours away so too far to drive. I had to beg to get the trailer papper work and my spare tire sent to me and after that he wont retur call etc. So now over a18 months later I gave up and asked EXISS via email what I could do to get them. I got this reply Stephen, If you can give mw the V.I.N. on your trailer, I will look into it and see what I can do to get you the parts you were promised. Thanks, Rodney N. So I sent in my info and I have emailed Rodny a couple of time. No respone. So I emailed parts a week or so ago. No reply so if anyone has someone good to deal with there let me know so when I call I can speek to them. Thanks Steve |

| Rotag, sorry about the problems you are having! Will assist in any way possible, if you are not already handled. I know Ryan has offered to help & will do so. You will be in good hands with his fine organization! Just in case its needed, I'll push on Rodney @ UTC a little. He does a GREAT job for us, and is likely just a little behind on his work, due to so many sales! THX DON |

He is asking for the serial number because we changed tie rings a while back and the hole pattern is slightly different. He said that he hasn't recieved any e-mails from you since. If you would like, PM your serial number to me and I'll get it to Rodney so we can get this put to bed. Thanks! Lonny |

Location: arizona | This is just another (one of many) reason I would never buy an Exiss!
Its a shame that Dixie Horse and Mule Co., dosent sell 4 Stars!
I would love to purchase a NEW 4 Star from them, gotta love the service! |

| justcruzin, thanks for the service compliments! I'd sure welcome your business anytime! There is always room for improvement in every operation, including mine, and Exiss is certainly no exception! I do try to see that the "brand" has every opportunity to do the right thing. I will say, in their defense, they almost always do, but may drop the ball at times! Also, there are almost always some extenuating circumstances that, if known to all, would certainly put things in a different light. Everyone would get a fair shake if "the rest of the story" could be known right up front. I will continue to help anyone, in any way possible, get the resolution they deserve! Thanks, DON SMITH, OWNER, DHMCO |
