I am looking for new fenders for my 1992 Circle J - I have called the only local dealer within a 100 mile radius and have been told Circle J doesn't make replacement parts for that old of a trailer  and that I should look into a new trailer - I really like my trailer - my horses are used to it - the fenders are composite or fiberglass - they cracked this this last winter, I also am looking for a spare tire cover, and new glass for the windows - I can't open mine - the handles have disappeared - I store my trailer at the boarding facility and there has been some damage - I am also looking into getting the front and tongue diamond plated - any ideas or suggestions?

It sounds like they just wanted you to buy a new trailer.  Have you tried calling Circle J?  Not a dealer, the manufacturer?  Or finding their web site?

I am not an expert but it seems like you could get after market parts for something like that, regardless of who makes them. As for windows, have you checked a local glass dealer? If you ordered from dealer they would prob be more $. Diamond plate you can order from your local steel/fabrication shop. if there is one. This I know from personal experience. Good luck.
