Subject: Riding in or near Jacksonville FL

Location: Depauw, IN		We are thinking about taking our vacation in Jacksonville FL the first week of October to visit family.  I have been looking for places to ride while there but have not had much luck.  We ride gaited horses and average about 25-30 miles a day.  Does anyone know of some places to be able to ride like that?  Thanks for all the help!!!

Location: Coconut Creek, FL		check out flahorse.com and click on trails.  Other websites to check out are St John's water management area, and Florida state forests.  There are tons of places to ride in Fla.    Jennings State Forest, Cary State Forest, Bayard Conservation Area, etc.  You will need to check on hunting dates though.  St John's has a real nice Recreation Guide you can request a copy of or a CD.
