Has anyone used this on their horse? Did it help with the flies and the gnats? Or were they still able to crawl inside the netting? I have a horse that is just being eaten up alive by those litttle "no-see ums" (gnats) and would like to try this since nothing else is working.

The "Belly Dicky" is like a fly sheet that is made for the belly part only,of the horse. It has elastic straps that go over the horses back like a harness would- to hold this silly looking thing in place. I think I saw it advertised in ,"The Horse Journal." Or Trail Blazer magazine. The spelling might even be "Belly- Dickie".
