Location: Outside Louisville, KY | Well, I'm finally done. It took me about 4 weeks or so. I bought this trailer out of Virginia. It's a '93 Shoop 4 horse head-to-head. I brought it home, and went to work. The biggest issue was the rust. All the lower panels were rusted out from water being held by the plywood lining the lower walls. On the good side, it has new tires and a new floor. What do y'all think?? Slideshow It pulls like a dream. -Phillip |

Location: Indiana | Nice work philip. What thickness of aluminum sheeting did you use on the side? It looks like a completely different trailer now. Great job! |

Location: Outside Louisville, KY | The aluminum is .050 thick. That comes out to be 1/20 of an inch. As far as hours go, I have no idea. I've worked on it nearly every day, all day, for a month. It looks like a lot of work in the pictures, but in reality, it was even more than that. -Phillip |
