Just wanted to let everyone know my experience with this company. I bought a pop-up hitch about 4 years ago. Last summer it locked up on me and we couldn't get it to drop. Ended up taking 5 guys underneath it to get it "unstuck". Then it didn't want to stay in the upright and locked position unless carrying a load. Called the installer, who talked to the company. Even though this hitch was worked on at the local garage and even though it is well out of warranty they are replacing it free of charge as a warranty issue. I dont' think lyou can beat customer service like that.

Thanks for sharing your story. Too many times we hear the bad stories w/o any good stories. Happy Easter!
