New ones are as tight as a meat locker, tough as a tank.

They refer to problems with bumper pull trailers. If it was a problem, they have certainly more than fixed it with the more recent models... |

Location: Newcastle, Ontario Canada | I have a 10 yr old golden eagle, 3 horse slant step up bumper pull, never have had a problem with the back doors, even with a warmblood mare trying to kill herself in the back spot in the trailer. Awesome trailer, double steelwall construction, hauls like a dream. Last trailer I will ever own. |

![25](https://horsetrailerworld.com/forum/images/decorations/multiple/25.gif) Location: Valdosta, GA | I have a 2004 KB Genesis and I think that the doors are some of the best in the industry. They have double seals and open and shut like a deep freezer. Very durable; built like a tank! Not to mention the HUGE hinges that support them. |

Location: Bogalusa LA | What kind of problems are you having? I have a 2001 KB Genesis and there are several spots on the back doors that look like they are rotten. A Keifer dealer in IA told me that someone else made the doors, NOT Keifer Built.....still.....it is decreasing the value of it as a trade-in/resale....LLP |
