Location: Indiana | I know what you can get! My family and I will be there all weekend. For the first time in about 8 years I will be there solely for personal purposes. I won't know what to do with all my time. Now if I can just keep myself away from our booth. It is like a magnet to a workaholic like me. Oh wait I know exactly what I am going to do. I am going to see if I can break my old record of how many corn on the cobs I can eat in one weekend. (You know the ones right outside of the north end of the horse barn) Those have to be the best. So far my record was 3 dozen but that was from Fri. afternoon to late Sun. afternoon. Actually on that Sunday afternoon I was the last person at their booth and they gave me four for free so I could reach the 36 total. Ah now I am drooling. So if you have never met me just look for the tall guy with a cob in one hand, a short leash for my 2 yr. old daughter in the other, and a sweatshirt covered with butter! |

Location: Alexandria, IN | I'll be there Thursday-Sunday (thursday to set up), pretty much the whole time. I help out at a western store, Country Trails. Hopefully I'll have time to wander around and gawk at all the things I can't possibly live without! Really hoping to find a gooseneck hitch system and installer! Will have to check out the corn on the cob, it's right out the door from our booth, from what I remember.

Location: Northern IN. | The crew from the Broken BIt Ranch will be there Sat. (all 3 of us, lol) So if any of you fine folks do happen to purchase any thing with four legs... keep us in mind for all of your truckin' needs, big enough to serve you, small enough to care! lol Didn't that sound professional, I heard that last part on the radio a while ago!! |

Location: Zionsville, Indiana | That corn-on-the-cob place is right outside our booth in the north end of the horse barn, so when you all walk by with butter dripping off your chins, wave that ear (of corn) at us in the Northside Trailer booth, or just stop in and say hey. We do our share of buttered corn consumption all weekend, and we support the taco salad place across the alley too. We also count on friends to drop off handsful of spiced almonds to keep our energy level up. |

Location: Northwest Indiana | Its great fun Rollin, to bad you can't make it. I heard the fine folks at Blue Moon are putting on a special promotion. Once everyone brings gets their horse to the fair they put them all in one big area and at the end of the event if you can guess which horse is yours you get a free trailer. Its great fun cause some people dress there horses up in all different fashions. Some paint their's others glue quarters to the sides, and other yet glue bread to the sides. Its easy to spot the older horses cause they have walkers they use to help get around. |

Location: nashville, In. | I'll be there all weekend. Working the Indiana Trail Riders booth and helping horse council directors. Taking my trailer up and camping. Sure alot cheaper than motel room or driving back and forth. Won't have to get up so early either. Hope to see some of you there. DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE TIME CHANGE THIS WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!! Alice |

Location: Merrillville, Indiana | Yes we're gonna be down on Sat. To much "stuff" to look at and not enough money. We don't need anything, but I think we better take the truck to bring the "stuff" home. I'll stop by the American Spirit booth to say hi. We really like our new AS trailer. |

Location: NW | If the time change is on Monday morning, then that's brand new this yr - it's always been on Sunday a.m. I will sure miss the HHF!! I'm originally from southern MI & our trip down there was always the "kick off" to spring....the farther south we got, the greener the grass got! I think we went to the very first one they had, & then every yr after until I moved summer of '97. Yep, I think the HHF & Congress are the two things I miss most about living in that area! Sure don't miss the humidity & the skeeters, tho! |

Location: Cold Spring, KY | Hey all! My daughter and I are heading up on Saturday to kick off a week of reckless spending - HHF this weekend, Equine Affaire, next week. We'll probably go through about half of her college fund in just 8 days!
Better leave extra early to get there. My hubby was at the Indy fairgrounds last weekend for some antique car swap meet thing and said the streets around the fairgrounds were torn up with road construction (weren't they working on those streets last year???). Also the "Final Four" is in Indy this week too, so traffic might be worse than usual.
And I don't think the time changes in Indianapolis (some parts of Indiana do but not Indianapolis) so you don't have to worry about resetting those clocks 'til you get home Sunday night - But those of you who go on Sunday - you'll actually get there and extra hour early!!!
Have fun!! |

Location: Indianapolis, IN | ATTENTION ALL!!! I am from Indianapolis - YES.. you are correct.. Stinking construction all around the fairgrounds. Hotels are probably ALL booked up.... Final 4 weekend is insane and in town... and YES we are now offically changing our clocks Sunday, April 2, at 2 am. They will "spring forward" and we will be on Eastern Time.
This is the first year Indiana will observe Daylight savings time in 30 years. They passed the motion last year/fall. IF you want to head down town to check out the final 4 fun.. there are going to be concerts all weekend, they are closing the " circle " for concerts and fun activities. The concerts will include Carrie Underwood and Steve Holy and John Mellencamp to name a few ... take a look at the lineup.. www.hankfm.com It will be going on Saturday and Sunday. SOO if you are in town and looking for somethign to do after the rodeo or after the HHF on sunday...

Location: nashville, In. | Ed, I knew I was right. I just didn't want to get out of bed in the morning! I had the right time. I think Chip was looking long and hard at a AS at the HHF. Do you know if he got it? If he did, I'll just have to call him a copy cat if he did. Look what I've started...... you'll have to be next. |

Location: MO in woods | We bought(ordered) 2006 Sundowner 2 horse Stampede SL from Dave Burt at HHF.We talked to all dealers an they beat every ones price by $250. So we whent with them. Also trailer is gonna be delivered to us in Illinois 265 miles away FREE.Is best deal we could find in close states round Illinois. Our orther trailers also Sundowner so was also nice to stay with that maker.I looked at Adams but had water in tack area under mats and was rusting. They wouldn't work on out trade so was cheaper than Adams 2 horse alum. Also liked Hawk an Trailet nice too.Ours will be good for hay an misc hauling also mare foal friendly. |
