Location: Lyons Oregon | I need some finishing touches for my Logan Trojan. What's a good online source for trailer parts? I need a small round bumper knob for the ramp and a vent cover. |

Location: Oregon | The best place I go is to my dealership and/or manufacturer. I have gotten a couple things over the last 6 years on 2 different trailers, and they have yet to charge me. |

Location: Lyons Oregon | there's a Logan dealer in Albany Oregon but they were not very helpful. The woman who answers the phone should probably not. She seemed very annoyed that someone was calling for information on parts for a trailer they hadn't sold. I waited uncomfortably listening to her yell at someone in the office. It was my second bad experience with a woman answering the phone there. I think it must be the same person. The Logan manufacturer answered my email promptly and was very supportive and gave me wonderful information about my used trailer. I would buy direct and not through the Albany lot based on my awful experience with them. I still have yet to find a source for the part I'm looking for. The Albany lot seemed very reluctant to help even though I'm looking to buy the part I'm looking for. They told me to shop at RV supply stores. Which I guess I will have to do. |
