Hi everyone, I recently purchased a new Ponderosa trailer on e-bay. The trailer is a 3-h slant with rear tack and small dressing room. Now, we did get a good price on it but it isn't exactly what I would have ordered if I had ordered from the company. So . . . . I will be buying mats, plexiglass for the window openings, and possibly slam latches for the horse dividers if I can find them. I hope to find a way to install collapsible shelving and some kind on interior latch for the escape door. As of now, I believe I may set up a small tent inside the trailer once I arrive at my destination so I hope to make things as cozy as possible. (This is a bumper pull). Any suggestions for me? I may also take some advice from another thread on adding battery power. In the future (whether this year or next) I hope to get either a pu camper or possible a 3/4 ton conversion van. Has anyone ever used 5-star finish for the exterior of their trailer? Thanks for your thoughts.
